TDR Capital has been a dedicated partner of our London Futures programme since 2021. As their Head of ESG & Sustainability, Nigel Smith has been a driving force behind our partnership’s success.
Recently, Nigel and TDR helped a group of young people from our London Futures programme jump on the career ladder.
They organised for 9 programme participants to visit an ASDA supermarket site where the young people had the opportunity to learn about ASDA’s home shopping system, food preparation procedures, till systems and customer service procedures.
Giving young people with disabilities an opportunity to learn these valuable skills can transform their future prospects.
