We first met Sophie 12 years ago, through our Street Elite programme partnership with the Berkeley Foundation .
Since then, Sophie has become the Head of Communications at Berkeley Group Plc St Edwards and acts as a driving force behind Street Elite participants finding successful work and placement opportunities.
Inspired by her inclusive outlook and endless enthusiasm, we asked Sophie to become an Ambassador of The Change Foundation in 2018. As an Ambassador, she goes above and beyond to support the wider work of our charity.
This month alone, Sophie arranged work experience for our London Futures disability programme and organised for five volunteers to work at the Mayfair Collective Christmas ball which was fundraising for our charity. Support like this has been lent throughout 2023, bringing success to our fundraising events and charity programmes. 🥂⚽️
Today we celebrate Sophie as our November Champion of Change. Her dedication to opening windows of life-changing opportunity for undersupported young people inspires us.
