Last week, two graduates from the Street Elite programme began a one-week work placement with Berkeley. They were given the opportunity to gain experience across several departments, including Sales, Marketing, People, and Customer Service.
While the week started well the participants gradually embraced their new routines and shared their positive experiences:
Sian remarked, “I am truly grateful for this opportunity. Seeing my friend Jodie go through this journey always made me want to experience it myself, and now it’s all paying off. Thank you so much.”
Ayesha added, “The early mornings were tough at first, but by the last two days, I found myself arriving 10 minutes before my shift. Thank you for keeping me on track—I love every bit of it now.”
