We are delighted to celebrate two more awards at The Change Foundation, celebrating the achievements of our Women and Girls Programmes Manager, Maddy Ford and of our Director of Design and Impact, Navjeet Sira.
Maddy Ford, received the Third Sector Excellence Rising Star Award. The judges said: “Maddy’s passion is evident here and she truly embodies a rising star. Motivation and goal setting is a difficult area in which to work and Maddy clearly uses her skills and passion effectively to benefit those who she works with.”
Navjeet Sira, was the recipient of the Charity Times Supporting Leader of the Year Award. The judges said: “The winner who has grown up in the organisation they work for, impressed judges with their ability to continue to transform it. A passionate entry demonstrated what the judges described, as an inspirational leader.”
