Our Champion of Change for March is Carol Driver.
After 33 years at The Change Foundation, Carol retired last week and we will all miss her wisdom, calmness under pressure and the care she showed for our staff team.
She also managed our centre and set up and ran our brilliant Walking Sports Programme, as well as being part of our team that worked in Sierra Leone and Bangladesh.
After years of dedication, firstly as a trustee and more recently as our Corporate Services Director, Carol will leave an enormous gap for us to fill but she can retire from the charity knowing that we are in great shape with a highly skilled and motivated team in place to take us forward.
A massive thank you to Carol from all our staff, trustees, ambassadors and partners for a brilliant TCF career.
